This documentary on espresso culture was shot in the crisp air of February 2001, which is prime time for coffee drinking in Seattle! What goes into an espresso drink, besides the beans and water? Why do some people follow their favorite baristas from one coffeebar to another? How does the little guy survive when there's a Starbucks around every corner, and how does Starbucks view the indie stores? By the end of this doc, you'll be moving to Seattle, just to smell the coffee in the air...
And to think that we moved to LA the month after we shot it! Were we crazy or something?
